The HEK293|360-HCP ELISA kit, type SN was developed by using supernatant (SN) mock fermentation as antigen fractions for antibody generation.

The high specificity for the supernatant (SN) was demonstrated with a coverage of 74% as measured by IAC + 2D DIGE analysis. For both kits, the recovery rates are estimated in spiked samples with concentrations within the assay working ranges, and a criterion of 100 ±30% of the spiked antigen recovered.
