The HEK293|360-HCP ELISA kit, Type SN was developed by using supernatant (SN) derived from HEK293 mock fermentation as antigen fractions for antibody generation.
The high specificity for the antibody preparations (SN) was demonstrated with a coverage of 74% as measured by IAC + 2D DIGE analysis. For both kits, the recovery rates are estimated in spiked samples with concentrations within the assay working ranges, and a criterion of 100 ±30% of the spiked antigen recovered.
