March 2020-An update from Crystal Chem

We thank you for your business, and we wanted to let you know how we are dealing with the COVID-19 outbreak. We are currently open, and we will continue to respond to your calls, emails, and orders. In addition, we have proactively made some internal changes to mitigate the spread of the virus and to maintain the safety of our team.

If you've recently sent us an order or have a pending order currently in process with us, we are working under the assumption that your company/institution is open and accepting deliveries. Accordingly, we will ship out orders as soon as they are ready to ship.

If your company will not be able to accept deliveries or has any other special circumstances, please reach out to us immediately via email or phone so we can try to do our best to accommodate your situation. The sooner we are made aware of any potential issues, the more flexible we typically can be in accommodating our customers. Of particular importance are larger orders, already shipped orders, custom orders, and more unique products which are more difficult to cancel once order processing has begun.
