Additional Info

Our new and updated kit is for the quantitative measurement of mouse glucagon in mouse plasma, serum, and cell culture supernatant. The kit is highly specificity to glucagon and shows <1% cross reactivity with glicentin, GLP-1, GLP-2, oxyntomodulin, or mini-glucagon using only a 10 µL sample.

This kit replaces our Mouse Glucagon ELISA kit, Version 1.0 (Cat# 81504). If you are interested in purchasing that kit, please contact us.

Highlights:
Small Sample Volume Requires only a 10 µl sample, ideal for small quantity mouse samples.
Highly Sensitive and Precise This test is highly sensitive with CV < 10%.
Wide Dynamic Range This assay provides excellent linearity across a wide dynamic range, 7.8 - 500 ng/mL, using only 10 µL of sample.
Specific <1% cross reactivity with glicentin, GLP-1, GLP-2, oxyntomodulin, or mini-glucagon.
