Additional Info

Our new and updated kit is for the quantitative measurement of glucagon in plasma, serum, and cell culture supernatant. The kit is highly specificity to glucagon and shows <1% cross reactivity with glicentin, GLP-1, GLP-2, oxyntomodulin, or mini-glucagon using only a 10 µL sample.

This kit replaces our Glucagon ELISA kit, Version 1.0 (Cat# 81503). If you are interested in purchasing that kit, please contact us.

Highlights:
Small Sample Volume Requires only a 10 µl sample, ideal for small quantity samples.
Highly Sensitive and Precise This test is highly sensitive with CV < 10%.
Wide Dynamic Range This assay provides excellent linearity across a wide dynamic range, 7.8 - 500 ng/mL, using only 10 µL of sample.
Specific <1% cross reactivity with glicentin, GLP-1, GLP-2, oxyntomodulin, or mini-glucagon.
