α-L-fucosidase (AFU) Assay Kit
The AFU assay is a single reagent, one step method that has a linear range of 0-300 U/L. The reagent is ready-to-use for both manual and automatic chemistry analyzers. The assay is specific for AFU and has no detectable reaction with other glycosidases. The assay is not affected by serum bilirubin up to 100 mg/dL, hemoglobin up to 200 mg/dL, triglycerides up to 750 mg/dL, or ascorbic acid up to 4.4 mg/dL. The assay has precisions of Intra %CV < 5.1% and Inter CV% <6.2% and is stable for 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored @ 2°-8°C shielded from light.
